WARRANTY
TILE DIY, LLC, A Kentucky Limited Liability Company, warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship when it is delivered to the customer, limited to the following periods: (A) for rotting and cracking, or breaking (not related to improper installation) for a period ten (10) years. (B) for two (2) years on all other claims.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND ALL WARRANTIES, AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED HEREFROM. NO PROMISE OR AFFIRMATION OF FACT REGARDING CAPACITY OR PERFORMANCE NOT STATED HEREIN SHALL CONSTITUTE A WARRANTY BY US OR GIVE RISE TO ANY LIABILITY OR OBLIGATION ON OUR PART.

Under no circumstance shall TILEDIY LLC. be liable for lost profits or consequential damages, including personal injuries or property damage, relative to the product herein described, or any breach of this Agreement by TILEDIY LLC. If the purchaser claims a defect in the product, the purchaser shall allow TILEDIY LLC. a reasonable time to remedy the defect. Should the product prove defective and the defect not be remedied, the particular part of product which fails to conform to the warranty in this agreement must be returned by purchaser in as good a condition as received, subject to ordinary wear and tear, to the place where it was purchased. Purchaser shall immediately notify TILEDIY LLC. of the return by certified mail addressed to TILEDIY LLC. at 1965 International Way, Hebron, KY 41048 and TILEDIY LLC. may then, at the option of TILEDIY LLC., either replace or repair the defective goods or product.

Aucune promesse ou affirmation de fait concernant la capacite ou performance non déclarée ne sera constitue comme une garantie par nous ou donnerons raison à quelque responsabilite ou obligation de notre part.

En aucune circonstance TILEDIY LLC. ne sera tenu responsable pour des pertes de profit suite à des dommages, incluant blessures personnelles ou dommage à la propriété relatif au produit décrit ou quelconque violation de cette entente par TILEDIY LLC. Si l'acheteur fait une reclamation pour un défaut dans le produit, l'acheteur doit laisser à TILEDIY LLC. un delai raisonnable pour remédier à ce défaut. Si le produit est démontré défectueux et que la défectuosité ne peut se corriger, cette partie dù produit qui n'est pas conforme à la garantie de cette entente devra être retourner par l'acheteur dans les mêmes conditions que lorsqu'il l'a reçu, sujet à un usure normal, à l'endroit où it a été achete. L'acheteur devra aviser immédiatement TILEDIY LLC. du retour par un courrier recommandé à l'adresse suivante ; TILEDIY LLC. 1965 International Way, Hebron, KY 41048 et TILEDIY LLC. et TILEDIY LLC se réserve le droit soit de remplacer ou de réparer le produit défectueux.
